Leasing Portal and Fleet Gateway are business to business online applications operated by Return on Investment Ltd (company number 04716956). Our registered office is at: Pepper House, Market Street, Nantwich, CW5 5DQ. We are credit broker authorised and registered by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we are entered on the Financial Services Register under reference number 728594. We are licenced by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) under registration number Z8462984.
- Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
By visiting our website and using this service, you are accepting our terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy and agree to abide by them.
To avoid confusion, although you may have relationships with our Partners (Leasing Companies, Automotive OEMs and their Customers), we will become the Data Controller for all user Personally Identifiable Information when it is held on our Websites.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should stop using and/or accessing our website immediately. If you breach any of these terms, your right to access and use our website will cease immediately.
We acknowledge our obligations to this agreement by performing the services you have requested. In doing so, we are the service provider and you are the customer.
We deal directly with you but do have obligations to our partners from who you, the customer are receiving their information indirectly.
If you are accessing our services acting on behalf of someone else e.g. as an intermediary, our obligations will be to you and our other contributing partners. Using your registration to access this site these terms and conditions of this agreement will apply directly to you, not with any other parties or agents that are connected to you.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by amending this page. The amended terms and conditions will be effective from the date they are posed on our website.

- The Service (Leasing Portal© and Fleet Gateway© and Retailer Gateway©)
We provide an online service that enables leasing company account managers to access details of automotive OEM products and pre-sales agreements associated with their client’s fleet. It also allows representatives of end user fleets to access the same information. Automotive OEMs are responsible for the pricing and vehicle information is uploaded to the site.
We do not charge individual users a fee to use this service but it is funded by automotive OEMs.
- Your use of our Websites
You must only use the services on this website for your business’s legitimate business purposes where your and your organisation have a direct relationship with our Partners or your customers.
You must not use the Websites in an unlawful or fraudulent manner and must be a UK resident, over 18 years old.
If you are using this website on behalf of another person or organisation, you are responsible for ensuring that they understand and agree to these terms and conditions. When you provide their information, you are confirming to us that you have their permission to do this.
You agree that you will not download or use information from these Websites for any purpose other than you have legitimate interests to do so.

Material uploaded by our OEM clients is their intellectual property and must not be shared with any users outside of authorised contacts with valid Leasing Portal or Fleet Gateway or Retailer Gateway credentials.
